Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
① The Company shall post these terms and conditions on the Service screen so that Users can check them at any time.
② The Company may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant statutes.
③ In the event of amending the terms and conditions, the Company shall announce the effective date and the reasons for the amendment on the Service screen from 7 days prior to the effective date. However, in the case of changes that are unfavorable or material to the User, the Company shall announce them from 30 days prior to the effective date and individually notify Users via the contact information registered by them.
④ If a User does not agree to the amended terms and conditions, the User may terminate the usage contract prior to the effective date. If the User does not express an intention to refuse by the end of the announcement period, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendment.
⑤ Matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by relevant statutes and commercial practices.

Article 4 (Nature of the Service)
