- Requesting or attempting physical contact
- Sexual remarks or proposals for sexual meetings
- Forcing alcohol or demanding company after making someone drunk
- Demanding meetings under the premise of lodging
- Direct transactions and personal remittances outside the site
Violations will result in suspended settlements and restricted use. Depending on the case, we will report it to investigative agencies, and refunds will not be provided in these cases. Read what we ask of you
This service arranges a time to share a meal or conversation for a set duration. If you came expecting anything else, you are better off looking elsewhere. This line has to be clear so that both of you can come with peace of mind.
How do you verify mates
We review each application personally and reach out directly.
Review records show what was checked, and who approved it and when. We do not collect documents separately.
Keep conversations on the site
A chat room opens on the site once a booking is confirmed. Discussions here remain as records, allowing us to check what happened if a problem arises.
We cannot help with cases where you contact and transact directly outside the site. This is because there is no basis for us to verify it. Trying to save on fees leads to a place where you receive no protection at all.
Money is transferred after the meeting
Your payment is held safely by us. It is transferred to the mate 72 hours after the meeting ends. If there is a report or dispute in the meantime, the transfer is paused until we review it.
Please let us know within this window if the mate did not show up or left early.
If a problem happens
If you are in the middle of a meeting, you can leave. Your safety comes first. In an emergency, please call 112 first, then let us know.
