Booking steps
Choose a mate and pay. Once the mate accepts, the booking is confirmed. A chat room will open so you can arrange the details until the day you meet.
- Choose a mateBrowse by location, language, and date. Check their profile for languages spoken, proficiency, areas they visit, photos, nine short questions, and reviews.
- Pick a time and payChoose from the times your mate has opened. Before paying, you can see the total amount and the refund breakdown by time. Please complete payment within 24 hours. If not, the slot will open up again.
- The mate acceptsThe mate has 12 hours to respond. If they decline or do not respond, you will receive a full refund. During this time, no one else can book that slot.
- Chat and arrangeOnce confirmed, a chat room opens. Arrange the meeting place and time here. Everything is saved, and messages are translated even if you speak different languages.
- The day of the meetingMeet at the agreed place. Time starts from the scheduled reservation hour. Once you meet, please tap "We met" on the booking screen.
- After the meetingPlease tap "Finished". If you want to stay longer, please do not hand over cash in person. Instead, tap "Extend" on the booking screen. You can add up to 3 hours at a time, and up to 4 hours per booking.
- Leave a reviewYou can report any issues up to 72 hours after the meeting. Funds are paid out to the mate only after this period passes.

Good to know for the meeting
- Time starts from the scheduled reservation hour. Even if you arrive late, the end time remains the same. If you are running late, please let your mate know in the chat room ahead of time.
- Please tap "We met" when you meet, and "Finished" when you part ways. Even if you do not tap them, the booking proceeds normally, but these records serve as evidence if a dispute arises later.
- If something difficult happens during the meeting, tap "Get help" on the booking screen. The other person will not be notified, and an administrator will check it right away. If you feel physically threatened, please leave the place first and call 112.
These types of meetings are not allowed
- Meeting behind a closed door — a home, lodging, motel or private office
- Any meeting premised on staying the night
- Asking for or attempting physical contact
- Dealing directly outside the site, or sending money privately

Is my booking confirmed right after I pay?
No. Payment simply holds your spot, and the booking is confirmed once the mate accepts. If the mate does not reply within 12 hours, the booking is automatically canceled and fully refunded. During this time, other people cannot book that slot.
What happens if I am late?
The end time remains as booked. Your meeting time will be shorter by however much you are late, because the mate cleared their schedule for that time. If you are running late, please let them know in the chat room in advance. If you do not show up at all, a portion of your payment will be deducted.
When does the mate get paid?
72 hours after the meeting ends. If any reports or disputes are raised during that time, payout is paused until they are resolved. The company holds your payment until then.
Is it okay to exchange contact info?
We do not recommend it. Conversations outside the site are not recorded, so the company cannot verify anything if a problem arises. We cannot help with refunds or mediation for transactions made directly outside the site.
